The Hotel has a spacious and elegant restaurant and in
cosy and peaceful surroundings, offers the possibility to organize wedding banquets,
confirmations and christening parties and business meetings. In a modern and
refined atmosphere, one can savour not only the specialities from the national
cuisine, but also typical dishes prepared by expert hands according to old local
recipes. Everyday, one can taste the succulent meats from the Valnerina, the
excellent fresh trout from the river Corno, the famous lentils from Castelluccio
and not forgetting the truffles and the typical pork products from Norcia.
